![]() Just wondering how you feel afterwards (I still have to look after my 3 young kids the next day :P) and if it's a decent burn :) I'm not looking to burn HUGE calories, even a 150-200cal workout would be just fine for me. I happened to stumble across Hip Hop Abs on Youtube, and it looks fun. Not looking to get ripped, just firm things up a bit :) especially in my tummy area. So I'm looking for something that's fairly low impact and, more importantly, FUN! I've managed very well on 90% diet this far (36lbs down in 10 weeks), but I realize that diet will only take me so far and I'd like to get some toning in as well. I've noticed my weightloss slowing down, mostly because of an unavoidable (temporary) diet change, and.honestly, I don't like it XD When I started my weight loss, I was doing Jillian Michael's Shred workout, and I really liked it, but it was really hard on my knees (childhood injury unrelated to weight) and it caused some issues with our roommate because there's only so quiet one can be doing jumping jacks. ![]() Just wondering if anyone has done this workout and what they thought of it.
